Answers to our most commonly asked questions:

What types of payment options are available?

Recurring Services- For recurring services such as mowing  and lawn treatments, we require a credit or debit card on file and services are billed to that card the week after they are performed. For example, if your lawn is mowed or treated this week on Wednesday, your card will be billed for that service the following Monday. We accept all major credit cards.

One Time Services- For one time jobs or projects over $200 such as mulch and sod installation, large shrub trimming jobs, and cleanups,  we require a 50% deposit to be paid in advance with the balance due at the time of completion. This can be paid by cash, or check, or credit card.  Once the deposit is paid, we will schedule your project ASAP. 

Will my lawn be cut the same day every week?
Your lawn is scheduled on the same day every week or every two weeks if you are on the biweekly plan. However, bad weather and other uncontrollable factors could impact your schedule at times. Our detailed Rain Policy is emailed to all new customers.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my service each week?
Our goal is to take as much off of your plate as possible so that you can focus on what’s important in your life. The only things we ask are that your pet droppings are routinely picked up, that we have access to back gates, and that objects such as toys, hoses, and other objects are moved off of the lawn.
Is there any difference in quality over traditional lawn service companies using gas equipment?
No. Our battery powered equipment is every bit as effective and powerful as the best commercial gas equipment. You will get the quality cut you expect without the air and noise pollution.
How do your charge the equipment?
All of our equipment is wired through our truck and we simply plug two regular extension cords in at our shop at the end of the day and everything is ready to go the next morning. Our goal one day is to install solar panels on top of the truck so that we can go completely off the grid.
How accurate is the online pricing tool?
Our tool is very accurate if the information is input correctly. However, if the lawn area is not properly measured or if additional factors are not correct, it will not give an accurate price. We will always verify this information at the time of or before the first service.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we offer a $20 Referral Bonus for each customer you send us. We really appreciate the business and we have some customers who have received several referral bonuses.
